
Profit Lobby Core Return Policy

1. General Policy
The "Core Return Policy" covers all product returns between the Profit Lobby Client and Profit Lobby. It does not relate to customers of the Profit Lobby Client.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 days of the product being received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you or your customer notice an issue with a product or any other aspect of the order, please submit a Problem Report promptly.
2. Return Address and Handling
The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
If our facility is not used as the return address, you will be fully responsible for any returned shipments you receive.
3. Wrong Address
If you or your end customer provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
You will be liable for the reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed (if and as applicable).
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
5. Sealed Goods
Profit Lobby does not accept returns of sealed goods — including, but not limited to, face masks — which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
By purchasing such items, you agree that any returned orders containing sealed goods (e.g., face masks) will not be eligible for reshipping and will be disposed of upon receipt.
6. Returns Initiated by the Customer
Except for customers residing in Brazil, Profit Lobby does not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil who wish to cancel a purchase must contact Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item and provide a photo of the product.
The withdrawal request will be evaluated to determine whether the product was used or damaged, even partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.
7. Notification for EU Consumers
Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and therefore unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Accordingly, Profit Lobby reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
8. Direct-to-Store Returns
Profit Lobby will comply with customer requirements for Direct-to-Store returns, including store hours, staffing, and other applicable needs.

9. Governing Language and Revisions
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Profit Lobby reserves the right to amend or update this Return Policy at its sole discretion.
